Last Thursday at my Toastmasters meeting, I told the story of how I got into yoga (YouTube vlog coming!) and although I "escaped," many of us still live a busy world where we spend long hours hunched over a desk with our eyes focused on the computer screen for most of the day.


As a mobile yoga studio, my goal is to bring yoga directly to the people who need it most. Employees are suffering at their desk every day. I was this person; I understand the stress of the work demands and how that translates to your body. I believe that work stress disrupts the human body and mind and if we continue to do this to our bodies day in and day out, we need to find a way to reset and heal if we intend to live healthy, productive lives.


Corporate wellness, bringing yoga and meditation into the workplace, has numerous benefits:
