In additional to Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda, I also offer Vinyasa Yoga.
This format is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis who want a simple yoga class that is constantly flowing and based on the connection with the breath and physical body alignment.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
Tuesdays 6 – 7 pm
Total Woman Gym + Spa Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles, CA
Connect with the breath and find balance between the body and mind. Learn the basics of body alignment and gain better strength and flexibility by holding classic yoga postures using blocks and straps. Great way to build balance and focus. Beginners welcome.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Tuesdays 7 – 8 pm
Total Woman Gym + Spa Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles, CA
Challenge the body to flow through yoga sequences including postures that stretch and strengthen the muscles around the spine, the legs, the arms, basically the entire body! Class will move quickly and will lead to a “fun” peak pose at the end. Intermediate level.
