Initial Consultation

In-Person Session: 60-90 Minutes

Discussion & Assessment to Include:
Client's Current Mobility & Limitations
Client's Medical History
Client's Current Lifestyle
1-on-1 Yoga Therapy Sessions

In-Person Sessions: 60 Minutes

Session to Include:
Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
Yoga Postures Adapted to Current Client Needs

Depending on Client Needs, the Program May Also Include:
*Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations
*Aromatherapy for relaxation or increased energy
*Weekly check-in of 5-10 minutes
*Energy healing with semi-precious crystals
*Self-reflection with tarot card readings
